By making the frame of the galvanized aluminum alloy back panel into a lock structure to replace or cover the roof building materials, this photovoltaic roof installation method is a metal back panel photovoltaic BIPV solution. If you want to directly replace the roof color steel tile, you only need to lay an additional thermal insulation layer, and you do not need to add a fireproof layer. This is the BIPV technical solution with the highest fire protection capability at this stage.
4. Flexible photovoltaic BIPV
Flexible photovoltaic BIPV uses polymer materials to replace the glass of traditional photovoltaic modules, so it has the characteristics of being thinner and softer, and it is easier to bend according to the shape of the building. If you want to directly replace the roof color steel tile, you need to add a fireproof layer, a thermal insulation layer and a waterproof structure design. This is the most gentle BIPV technology solution at this stage.
