Now, let’s talk about another common metal solar rooftop solution---Trapezoidal rooftop.
1, In a long time, solar L feet solution was the common solution worldwide. Some areas with better environment situation uses solar L feet + self tapping screw solution

While some with in a not so friendly situation choose solar L bracket + solar hanger bolt solution.

While people are using hanger bolt, due to the different fixing solar rail solutions, solar mounting adaptor are widely used as well.Solar stainless L feet, are one of the types that customers would choose.

The above solutions are using a long solar screw to fix the solar bracket into roof beam. While some other area will choose L feet, but to fix solar panel to roof sheet only, in this case, more solar screws will be used.

2.The solar short screw are mostly used for area with small wind speed, in a larger wind speed area, solar trapezoidal roof clamps are used.

But the solar roof clamp solution do have it’s limitation, one clamp only suite for one type of roof, this is when the universal solar roof clamps are stepping in.

3.Same as the standing seam clamp development, for trapezoidal roof, people are also wandering, how can I cut off more costs?

In 2020, Poland release a new solar regulation that solar panel should be at least 70mm from the metal rooftop, so solar mini rail with 70mm has been designed.
Longi solar requested 100mm between solar panel and solar roof to cool the panels in summer.
4, In a better situation, solar railess solution can be used as well if they do not have the solar rail height requirements.
