Raffaele Rossi, head of market intelligence at SolarPower Europe, believes that this deviation from the actual forecast figure may be due to the fact that projects up for bid in 2019 and 2020 missed the installation deadline at the end of last year. in October 2022, the Portuguese government increased the project payout to the winning bidder.
