How to react when the goverment policy toward solar energy system is changed? Especially when it will cost people more money?

Let’s talk under Poland Energy Policy law, what will people get to install a solar panel energy system?

If the system is under 10KW, then the energy generated other they used by their daily use, the rest can be stored to public system for a year with 80% of the electricity.

If it’s from 10kwp to 50kwp then 70%.

And what for advised?

After the energy policy approved by Poland’s Council of Minister, after April 2022 the rule will be:

Buying 1kwh=0.67PLN

Selling 1Kwh=0.25PLN

According to the RES law, the current system installed will be able to have 15 years discount for the previous rule.

From a long term consideration, it will slow the clean energy’s development. But we believe every country is issuing a law for the best interest of the country.

But when ever their is a challenge it will also will be a new opportunity. And the opportunity for Poland market is now the solar energy storing system or UPS.
