Challenge

The site presented two major difficulties:


  • Heavy snow loads required a robust structural design without over‑engineering
  • Uneven, sloped terrain traditional two‑post systems would have required extensive ground leveling and hundreds of additional foundations


The customer needed a solution that could adapt to varying pile heights while keeping installation fast and cost‑effective.


Solution: HQ Mount GT2 Single‑Post System

Single post per m solar panel array each array uses only one foundation, dramatically reducing earthwork and pile installation time


  • Adjustable solar anchor pile multiple holes in the post allow height adjustment without rework, plus optional extra adjustable components for extreme variations
  • Custom engineering our in‑house team calculated local snow loads (over 2.5 kN/m²) and designed the structure to meet Eurocode safety margins
  • Factory pre‑assembly test a full mock‑up was built at our facility to ensure all parts fit perfectly before shipment
  • Fast‑installation clamps patented solar mounting rail and panel fixing clamps eliminated on‑site drilling
