System description
HQ Mount BR6 is an aerodynamic, lightweight aluminum mounting system for the solar flat roof system, using concrete ballast as commercial solar racking to mount photovoltaic pv panels to the roofs. BR6 ballast solar mount consist of the following solar components:
1, Solar plate (support and ballast)
2, Solar adjustable legs( solar support, 10degrees tilt)
3, Solar rapid clamps
4, solar accessories (Wind shelter, solar screws)

Flexible Panel Fixing: The rapid clamp solution allows modules to be fixed on either the long side or short side, providing installers with crucial adaptability for various panel formats and complex roof layouts.
The main purpose of our design is for the stock consideration of solar distributors and solar installers, so they don't need to stock different solutions for different solar panel size and solar module layouts.
Lightweight & Corrosion-Resistant: Constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy, with ≥260MPa yield strength to provide balance between light and strength.The system is designed for lightweight durability and long-term performance, engineered in compliance with EU standards-EN 1991-1-4 for the wind load pv mounting design.
Please noted for all solar ballast mounts, we only suggest the design under 35m/s wind speed situation.
